ThinkGeek is a symbolic representation of the "geek culture" all around the world. The company was founded in McLean, Virginia, in the year 1999.
The company was founded by a full squad Jen Frazier, Jon Sime, Scott Smith, and Willie Vadnais. All of them were running an internet-based start-up at the time and started ThinkGeek as a side hustle.
ThinkGeek was a subsidiary of the parent company Geeknet, Inc. The company was behind the success of ThinkGeek, and later Geeknet, Inc. was bought by the gaming tycoon GameStop and thus became the owner of ThinkGeek.
ThinkGeek was special for the geek culture. They used to sell all the amazing props related to video games, whether it was Minecraft or any other game. If you like Anime, then they had a large collection of those too. They also had things related to comics. It was truly heaven, but unfortunately, all good things don't last forever, and after 20 years in business, ThinkGeek finally closed its doors to the world. If you want to go to "geek culture" heaven, then Stores like ThinkGeek are the place you need to be.
Wish has been all the rage recently, and we get it - we’re total suckers for their dresses and bed
